The company then became part of the Omnicon Group in the 1990s and relocated to modern facilities in Blackburn for expansion.

In 2000, Granby was purchased from Omnicon by Stephen Bentley, who focused on the promotional marketing business and developed the SCOPe fulfilment technology.
